From Our Family's Christmas Tree Farm To Your Family's Home.

In 1982, Glenn Brown (Larry) founded Snowy Mountain Christmas Trees. Through time and effort he accomplished what most Augusta natives would consider a hometown Christmas tree lot. In years following, Glenn and his wife Lynn expanded their family but one thing remained the same, come winter they sold Christmas trees.

If you visit one of the four Snowy Mountain Christmas Tree locations in the Augusta area, it is certain you will meet some of the family. Of course you can find Glenn (Big Papa) and Lynn (MiMi) but their sons (Scott, Glenn and Toby), daughter in laws (Tiffany, Lisa and Ashleigh) and grand-babies (Tristan, Gavin, Nicole, Roe, Campbell, Faith, Baylee, Selah Hope and Collins.) pitch in their fair share as well. 

Though life has taken the Brown sons in different directions as they began families and sought other opportunities around the southeast, Christmas tree season will always bring the Browns “home”. Christmas trees are a way of life for the Brown family. Why? Think of the satisfaction on your loved ones face as you light the tree. Whether it is a spouse, child, parent or friend you all have seen that glow. 

For the Brown family knowing we get to supply many households in our hometown with that feeling is indescribable. That’s what makes us continue to plant seedlings in the hills of North Carolina.
